4. Deeply understand the definitions, calculations, testing standards, etc. of various main parameters of power batteries.

5. Have a deep understanding of the design of power battery PACK, including BMS design requirements, grounding, lightning protection, thermal runaway protection and other design requirements, and be able to write detailed technical requirements specifications for battery PACK.

6. It can guide various performance tests and reliability tests of battery PACK, and can cooperate with the thermal design simulation calculation of battery PACK.
