Phase I project intelligent management platform inspection robot project of PipeChina Group Longkou Nanshan LNG terminal station
The first phase of the Longkou LNG receiving station has a unloading capacity of 5 million tons per year and is an important component of the natural gas production, supply, storage, and sales system construction in the Bohai Rim region of China.
A total of 4 Tianchuang explosion-proof wheeled inspection robots, 2 explosion-proof rail hanging robots, and 3 indoor distribution rail hanging robots are deployed. Multiple series and models of inspection robots are used to replace manual labor across regions to complete the intelligent inspection and operation of the entire business process of large-scale LNG receiving stations from the distribution room of the power system to the process area of the production process and the tank car loading shed of the transportation process.
