Phase I project intelligent management platform inspection robot project of PipeChina Group Longkou Nanshan LNG terminal station
The first phase of Longkou LNG receiving Station has a capacity of 5 million tons/year, which is an important part of the construction of natural gas production, supply, storage and marketing system in China's Bohai Rim region.
A total of 4 Tianchuang explosion-proof wheeled inspection robots, 2 explosion-proof rail hanging robots and 3 indoor distribution rail hanging robots were deployed, and multi-series and multi-model inspection robots were used to replace manual labor to complete the intelligent inspection operation and maintenance closed loop of the whole business process of the large LNG receiving station from the power system distribution room to the production process area and the tank truck loading shed in the transportation link.
Significantly reduce production costs and personnel safety risks, reduce subjective and objective interference factors in monitoring results, and the data information traceability rate is 100%. Self-testing equipment, environment and on-site personnel assisted operation, maintenance and management.
