Chuanfa Group Dragon Python Phosphorus Chemical Company is mainly responsible for phosphate ore mining and processing, the production scale of white bamboo phosphate ore is 600,000 tons/year. The underground lighting condition of phosphate mine is insufficient, the area space of the substation is narrow, the power equipment meter switch is closely distributed, the number is large, and the whole time monitoring is required. Manual inspection is easy to have the problem of missing detection and wrong detection, and serious cases will cause underground power supply problems, affecting the operation of underground mining, transportation and other equipment.
Deploy a built-in safety rail robot for mining to automatically identify and read the status information of the switch tool brake, indicator light, circuit breaker, knob switch and protection pressure plate in the cabinet, monitor the content of carbon monoxide, oxygen and nitrogen dioxide in the environment, give early warning of exceeding threshold, and link operation and maintenance personnel to deal with it quickly.
Robots are used instead of manual to monitor the operation status of the electrical cabinet equipment in the underground substation throughout the whole process, and the abnormal situation is timely warned to avoid the risk of greater accidents. The inspection personnel will be liberated from the harsh working environment, reduce labor costs, ensure the production efficiency of phosphorus mine and the safety and reliability of mining equipment operation, and improve the intelligent level of non-coal mine.
