Ma Steel is one of the largest steel joint ventures in China, with a supporting production capacity of 23 million tons of steel. Among them, the electrical room and substation, which serve as production supporting facilities, are key areas for operation and maintenance support. The electrical room and substation area of the steel plant have a large area and span, with a large number of high-voltage live equipment. The frequency of manual inspections is low, and the effectiveness is poor. In the process of steel production, the continuity of power supply must be guaranteed.
A total of 5 indoor distribution robots and 1 outdoor wheeled robot will be deployed to intelligently identify power meters and other operating devices in 5 independent high-voltage distribution rooms in the Ma Steel electrical room area, and independently and timely detect partial discharge conditions in the cabinets; At the same time, wheeled robots are used to monitor the temperature and other operating status of 5 main transformers in the outdoor main transformer area.
Standardize the inspection process of production and distribution system equipment in steel plants through cross regional and multi machine linkage, reduce personal injury, improve the ability to quickly respond to operation and maintenance, and effectively control equipment damage rates. Assist in the stable production of steel smelting in process industries.
