The important supporting facility of the 14th National Games, Quanyun Village, covers a total area of 910000 square meters and is the largest, most well-equipped, and largest accommodating Quanyun Village in the history of the National Games in China. During the National Games, the electricity load is relatively high, and the distribution room needs to be monitored 24 hours a day to ensure stable power supply on the user side. The workload of power operation and maintenance personnel is high, and the inspection frequency is not high.
The project deploys two Tianchuang T5-E rail mounted robots to monitor the current, voltage, temperature and humidity, and station environment of the high-voltage equipment in the power distribution room of Quanyun Village around the clock. They provide comprehensive monitoring, rapid data collection, real-time information transmission, and fault analysis and warning, effectively ensuring the safe and stable power supply of Quanyun Village during the National Games period.
We have achieved unmanned operation and remote visual management of the power distribution rooms in the entire village, effectively reducing the risks of power operation, reducing the workload of power operation and maintenance personnel, improving the efficiency of operation and maintenance inspections, demonstrating the lean management level, service level, and intelligent level of China's power grid, and achieving significant social benefits.
