Project Overview

Yili Power Plant is mainly engaged in the production and supply of electricity and heat, and is currently the largest coal gangue power plant in China in terms of total installed capacity. There are high voltage electricity, high temperature and other environments in the area, and manual inspection poses certain risks. The area is relatively wide, and the labor intensity of inspection tasks is high, which is prone to errors and omissions. Equipment operational defects and other hidden dangers cannot be detected in a timely manner, which can easily lead to the expansion of the problem.

Plan Explanation

Deploy 1 set of T7-E and 2 sets of T7-S wheeled lifting arm robots, covering three areas: outdoor booster station, indoor steam turbine and boiler room. For the recognition of the status of the knife switch in the booster station and the detection of poor heating, on-site detection and defect diagnosis of equipment such as porcelain bottles and dehumidifiers that cause heating. Real time monitoring of on-site instrument status, equipment oil system, coupler and other oil quality and level in the zero meter area of the steam turbine room and boiler room.
