Project Overview

Jiujiang Coal Terminal is the first 10000 ton terminal in Jiangxi Province, with an annual throughput capacity of 5.72 million tons. It consists of a homework platform, a shore approach bridge, and a fully enclosed coal transportation corridor. The space of the belt corridor is relatively enclosed, and there is a lot of noise and dust during operation. Manual inspection has high labor intensity and safety risks. The belt conveyor has a long distance, low inspection efficiency, and poor response time when faults occur.

Project Overview

Deploy 3 sets of T3-S rail mounted lifting arm robots to fully cover the coal terminal dry ash berth conveying system, achieving all-weather and unmanned inspection of on-site belt conveyors. Through coal powder temperature monitoring, belt crack identification, and roller abnormality identification. The functions of diagnosing conveyor noise greatly improve the safety of coal transportation systems and the reliability of equipment operation.

Benefit Presentation

Realize comprehensive and automated reciprocating inspections of coal conveyor belts, eliminate the limitations of fixed and discrete monitoring blind spots, improve inspection efficiency while reducing labor costs, and help power generation enterprises reduce staff and increase efficiency. Further improve the intelligence level of the fuel delivery system in power plants.
