Project Overview

Liujiaba Coal mine, Liupanshui City, Guizhou Province, is a production mine with an annual capacity of 600,000 tons. A set of MA certified T9-E mining safety rail hanging robot is put into the mine to carry out intelligent and unmanned inspection for the 650m coal conveying corridor belt conveyor area under the mine, covering a total of 980 inspection sites. 

Plan Explanation

The environment under the mine is harsh, the space in the corridor is limited, and the operation risk is greater. Tianchuang robot adopts the intelligent inspection system to replace the traditional manual inspection. With the T9-E intrinsically-safe rail hanging robot for mining as the core, it integrates the self-developed Tiancai series AI recognition algorithm, and monitors the deterioration trend of the belt conveyor roller and the related cables and key equipment inside the corridor through 5G communication.  Real-time detection of dust, combustible, harmful gas concentration in the environment.  Discover accidents or hidden dangers in time, and locate alarms to ensure reliable operation of the coal transport system.
