Project Overview

Wuhan Iron and Steel (Group) Cold Rolling Plant is using hot rolled steel coil as raw material, after pickling to remove the oxide, cold continuous rolling is carried out.  A total of 3 sets of rail-mounted and wheeled robots of different types are deployed to carry out cross-regional, multi-model linkage, unmanned duty and intelligent inspection operation and maintenance for the electroplating tank area, underground oil reservoir area and cable tunnel in the plant. 

Plan Explanation

By using the infrared thermal imager carried by the T3-C rail mounted robot, the temperature data of the equipment in the area is collected, and then the collected data is analyzed, and then the fault and thermal defect of the heat-causing equipment are diagnosed, and the corresponding alarm is triggered to realize the high-density and high-granularity detection and multi-dimensional analysis and management of the equipment and environmental temperature in the plating bath area.  The T9-W explosion-proof wheel robot is applied to conduct inspection and deployment around bearing lubrication pump station, gear lubrication pump station, high pressure pump station and low pressure pump station according to the inspection passage of underground oil depot.  The T3-S rail-hanging lifting arm robot is responsible for the cable condition detection in the cable bridge, the monitoring of the environment in the tunnel, and the linkage with the fire door to open/close the operation.
