Dalian Lng Receiving Station Intelligent Inspection Pilot Project of State Pipeline Network Group
Dalian LNG Receiving Station is located on the northwest coast of Meiyu Bay, New Port of Dalian, Liaoning Province. It consists of three parts: wharf, receiving station and gas transmission pipeline. Deploy a Tianchuang explosion-proof wheeled inspection robot for unmanned autonomous monitoring of the operation status of production equipment in the ORV area and high pressure pump area of LNG receiving station.
The project uses an explosion-proof inspection wheeled robot to automatically identify and monitor the operation of LNG station production equipment, ORV icing height, instrument reading, pipeline leakage, gas leakage and other conditions with high frequency. Improve the production and operation capacity, equipment integrity control, safety emergency response level and scientific decision-making ability of LNG receiving stations, and finally form a comprehensive perception and automatic prediction of efficient operation.
实现全天候高频次LNG场站设备监测，通过机器人AI识别技术完成LNG接收站ORV管束结冰高度的读取，形成算法模型，提升ORV设备运行效率80%。提升高压泵区等关键区域可燃气体浓度监测效率60% ，节省人力3名。为国家管网集团科研课题《LNG接收站智能巡检关键技术研究》提供应用落地试点。
