Shenglong Chemical Methanol Workshop Explosion-Proof Wheeled Inspection Robot Project
The methanol workshop of Shenglong Chemical covers an area of 7,500 square meters, and a T9-W explosion-proof wheeled inspection robot is put in to monitor and identify methane gas, pipeline leakage, tank equipment defects, meter valves, etc., covering 220 inspection points in total. The closed-loop intelligent inspection system of methanol workshop scene in chemical industry was successfully constructed.
With explosion-proof wheeled inspection robot as the core, integrated control system and AIoT platform technology as the support, methanol liquefaction tank and other dangerous sources monitoring and early warning, rapid collection and analysis of equipment temperature, vibration, flow, pressure and other parameters, and then automatically upload inspection information, feedback to operation and maintenance personnel to ensure the timeliness and data effectiveness of daily inspection. In addition, you can flexibly set inspection locations, routes, and key points to improve inspection efficiency.
