Cnooc Deep Water Natural Gas Zhuhai Gaolan Terminal Intelligent Inspection Project
Natural gas Gaolan terminal production area intelligent inspection project, covers an area of 71.5 hectares, a total of 3 Tianchuang explosion-proof inspection robots, covering a total of 680 inspection sites in the production area. Improve the perception, discovery, early warning and emergency handling capabilities of operation and maintenance personnel on the scene, and realize a new model of intelligent explosion-proof inspection safety improvement.
Intelligent inspection application system includes robot body unit, power supply unit, communication unit and auxiliary control unit. The whole system takes T9-W explosion-proof wheeled robot as the core, combined with auxiliary control system equipment. For natural gas treatment unit area, compressor area, decarbonization unit area, pre-separation treatment unit area, stage 1 slug flow catcher area and offshore pipe landing valve group area, meter, combustible gas concentration, equipment operation and leakage and other phenomena are carried out daily independent inspection.
