Four sets of T3-C rail-mounted robots with integrated AI algorithms and T-ONE industrial Internet platform AI inspection system were deployed to form an intelligent system of detection, monitoring and early warning, which was applied to the 7.6-kilometer underground power tunnel in Xiasha District, Hangzhou. It can realize real-time monitoring of the operating status of equipment and environmental conditions inside the tunnel, and has functions such as fast and accurate location of cable faults and prediction of tunnel fault risk trends with big data. It can completely replace the manual to complete the routine inspection task of the equipment in the power tunnel.
