Intelligent Inspection System Integration Project of China Southern Power Grid Guangzhou Pumped Storage Power Station
China Southern Power Grid Corporation Guangzhou Qingyuan Pumped Storage Power Station has an installed capacity of 4×320MW and a total capacity of 1280MW. It is one of the largest million-kilowatt pumped storage power stations in the world.
A total of one T7-S wheeled lifting boom robot was deployed to monitor the operating equipment in the water turbine floor of the pumped storage power station at a fixed point, identify operating meters and valves, and issue real-time alarms when equipment abnormalities or defects are found.
Instead of on-site inspection personnel performing round-the-clock duty, the inspection efficiency is increased by 70%, and a fully autonomous operation and maintenance mode of intelligent inspection and monitoring with high-frequency, visualization, and early warning of regional inspection of the turbine floor of the pumped storage power station is realized.
