Project Overview

Datang Northeast Electric Power Test and Research Institute is a research institution responsible for implementing technical supervision, scientific and technological research and development in the Northeast region. Two Tianchuang T5-E rail mounted robots are deployed in the energy storage compartment of an electrochemical energy storage power station, utilizing the mobility of the robots to complete visual inspection equipment work.

Plan Explanation

This project adopts an intelligent robot solution for temperature monitoring of equipment operating in the electrochemical energy storage compartment. Using the integrated Tianhua series algorithm of the robot body, it automatically identifies and reads the status information of switches, indicator lights, air switches, rotary switches, and protective pressure plates inside the cabinet. At the same time, operators can remotely operate the robot's vision, two-way voice supervision, guidance, and record on-site personnel operations and construction processes.

In the event of accidents or battery management system failures, it can effectively detect the temperature, operating status, combustible gases, etc. inside the battery compartment, preventing abnormal explosions in the battery compartment that may cause personal and equipment injuries.
