Zhengzhou subway train bottom intelligent inspection project
Zhengzhou Metro Group Corporation is responsible for a total of 8 subway lines in Zhengzhou, with an average daily passenger volume accounting for over 40% of the city's public transportation travel volume.
A total of 8000 inspection points, including the coupling system, bogie system, traction power supply system, air source and braking system, and auxiliary power supply system, were deployed with a T7-C composite robot to cover the 6-car suspension system under the train at Zhengzhou Metro Station. Realize autonomous, automatic, and intelligent inspection of equipment under the train.
Robots can flexibly shuttle between rail transit tracks, identify defects in the bottom components of rail transit vehicles at close range, from multiple angles, and quickly, improve maintenance efficiency and equipment safety and reliability, reduce operation and maintenance costs, enhance the level of intelligent operation and maintenance of rail transit, and ensure safe travel and navigation for urban rail transit.
