Project Overview

The Guangzhou Qingyuan Pumped Storage Power Station of Southern Power Grid Corporation has an installed capacity of 4 × 320MW and a total capacity of 1280MW, making it one of the largest million kilowatt pumped storage power stations in the world.

Plan Explanation

A total of one T7-S wheeled lifting arm robot is deployed to monitor the operation equipment in the water turbine layer of pumped storage power plants at designated points, identify the operation meters and valves, and issue real-time alarms when equipment abnormalities or defects are detected.

         

Benefit Presentation

Replacing on-site inspection personnel for 24-hour uninterrupted duty, the inspection efficiency has been improved by 70%, achieving a fully autonomous operation and maintenance mode of intelligent detection and monitoring for high-frequency, visual, and warning inspection of the turbine layer area in pumped storage power stations.
