The CGN New Energy Dangtu Taibai Photovoltaic Power Station utilizes a total water surface area of approximately 6000 acres, consisting of 72 photovoltaic matrices with a total installed capacity of 260 MW.
A set of T7-E wheeled inspection robots integrated with T-RADE intelligent algorithm is used as the core for autonomous inspection operations in the entire area of outdoor photovoltaic substations. Take the main transformers, GIS control cabinets, and other equipment in the area as the main monitoring objects, and at the same time, use the inspection system platform for data analysis and visualization display to achieve functions such as data collection, intelligent analysis, and equipment status diagnosis in the inspection area.
Transforming the passive problem driven inspection into active problem detection, robots replace the long-term repetitive work of three operation and maintenance personnel in complex electromagnetic environments, freeing up human resources. At the same time, through fault diagnosis, equipment failures can be detected in advance, improving equipment management efficiency and defect management timeliness, enhancing the reliability and safety of power station equipment, establishing an intelligent inspection and control system, and assisting in the construction of smart new energy power stations.
