
The intelligent operation and maintenance project of a large photovoltaic power station of CGN has a total installed capacity of 118.8MW, with a total of 1443 Tianchuang photovoltaic cleaning robots put into operation. The central control room is equipped with Tianchuang IoT and big data analysis platform, which can remotely control and warn of faults of the cleaning robots. At the same time, the platform is linked with the power station business system and meteorological system to achieve completely unmanned photovoltaic intelligent operation and maintenance.
Batch deployment of Tianchuang T6 photovoltaic cleaning robot application, the overall system consists of robot body unit, accessory bracket unit, and communication system unit. Adopting a waterless cleaning method, it is suitable for the operation and maintenance of photovoltaic power stations with water shortage or inconvenient water supply, meeting the automatic cleaning requirements for dust accumulation, snow accumulation, and sandstorm dust accumulation, achieving unified and unmanned intelligent cleaning of solar panels in photovoltaic power stations, and improving the incremental income of power generation.
The largest single power station installation robot in China, with a total of 1443 cleaning robots installed, has benefited from a 6.5% increase in power generation increment, reduced a large amount of cleaning and operation work, reduced manual operation and maintenance costs by 2 million yuan per year, and significantly increased the overall power generation of the power station.
