Intelligent inspection system construction project of Suzhou Sewage Treatment plant
The Shishan Water Purification Plant is the first fully underground water purification plant in the urban area of Suzhou, responsible for the centralized treatment of urban sewage in the southeast of Suzhou High tech Zone, approximately 30km ².
The overall system is centered around two Tianchuang T3-E rail mounted inspection robots, combined with auxiliary control system equipment, to monitor the aeration operation status, hazardous gas concentration, temperature and humidity, liquid level coverage, equipment status, etc. of the 1.1-kilometer-long circular underground biological reaction tank in the biochemical treatment section around the clock. Fill the gap in technology and solve the inspection problem after the pool body is covered.
Dynamic inspection and online monitoring of biological reaction tanks, observation of aeration conditions, intelligent judgment of aeration strength, and precise operation and control of biological tanks by process personnel in sewage treatment plants have been achieved, promoting the construction and development of digital transformation and intelligent upgrading in the water industry.
