Hangzhou Xiasha District will relocate all high-voltage lines along the line to underground corridors. Built a 4-meter-diameter, 3.8-kilometer-long double compartment power tunnel with an average depth of 15 meters.
Four sets of T3-C track hanging robots integrated with the celestial AI algorithm set and the T-ONE industrial Internet platform AI patrol system are deployed to form an intelligent system integrating detection, monitoring and early warning, which is applied to the 7.6km underground power tunnel in Hangzhou Xiasha District. Realize real-time monitoring of the operating status and environmental conditions of equipment inside the tunnel, with functions such as quickly and accurately locating cable fault locations and predicting tunnel fault risk trends using big data. It can completely replace manual labor to complete daily inspection tasks of equipment in power tunnels.
Realize unmanned operation of long-distance underground pipe galleries, intelligent warning, and shorten the robot inspection time from 8 hours to 2.5 hours per inspection. This project has been rated as a demonstration project for intelligent inspection of cable tunnels in Hangzhou area.
