Yujialiang coal preparation plant dispatching room staff do not have to go to the site, through the intelligent inspection system can be the first time to fully grasp the operation of belt conveyor equipment.

Yujialiang Coal mine is located in Dianta Town, Shenmu City, Shaanxi Province. The field area is 56.33km2, the geological reserves are 504 million tons, the recoverable reserves are 384 million tons, the mine approved production capacity is 13 million tons/year, is one of the backbone mines of the national energy Shendong Coal Group Company.

The T9-E mine safety rail hanging robot developed and produced by Tianchuang robot was installed and debugging in the 501 and 601# belt conveyor area of the coal preparation plant, and was officially put into use. This set of robots is the first time to apply robots to conduct autonomous inspection in Yujialiang coal preparation plant, and the inspection distance is 150 meters, covering the entire area of the coal transport trestles.

Compared with traditional manual inspection in the past, the application of Tianchuang intelligent robot effectively improves the efficiency of inspection, solves the long-term problems of unsafe manual inspection, low efficiency, high labor intensity, and large differentiation of inspection results, and builds a "smart defense line" for the transportation system of coal preparation plant. At the same time, through the three-dimensional visualization form of the system background, to ensure real-time and comprehensive monitoring of equipment status, environmental information, personnel behavior and other conditions in the trestle, and output digital inspection reports, easy to trace the results, form trend data, and support predictive maintenance of equipment.

Tianchuang T9-E is the first inspection robot in the coal mine industry that has passed the MA certification in China. It is equipped with the double vision head of the star-level HD camera and infrared thermal imager. It integrates sensors such as gas, ionic smoke, temperature and humidity and flame detection, and has many functions such as image acquisition, sound acquisition, smoke detection, temperature monitoring and fault warning.
