Solutions
In response to the environmental and spatial characteristics, equipment distribution, and core point inspection content and process standard requirements, Tianchuang Robot deployed a set of T7-S wheeled lift arm robots and a set of T3-S hanging rail lift arm robots to cover the entire area and key monitoring equipment, and cooperated with communication base stations, workstations, charging stations, etc. to build a set of intelligent inspection solutions based on filter press equipment production scenarios for Linhuan Coal Preparation Plant. Under the conditions of not affecting the normal operation of on-site inspection system equipment and not blocking the passage of personnel, inspection without dead corners and blind spots can be realized, and the robot can take on duty for people.
The T7-S wheeled lifting arm robot is deployed on the ground and conducts cyclic inspections around 10 filter presses. It automatically identifies the value of the dual-pointer pressure gauge in the area and whether the high-pressure water pipes are leaking, intelligently identifies the water flow at the filtrate water collection tank, and determines whether There are impurities flowing out.
The T3-S rail-hanging lifting arm robot automatically walks along the track to the corresponding position when the filter press is unloading, and follows the filter press pulling plate trolley to detect the coal cake falling off between the two filter plates and the damage and leakage of the filter cloth in real time.
During different time periods when the filter press is feeding, two sets of robots cooperate to conduct inspections and automatically walk to the corresponding preset positions to perform work. When abnormal conditions occur during the linkage process, such as when the filter press is feeding and squeezing, the T7-S wheel lift arm robot inspects the filtrate water collection tank and identifies the color of the filtrate through Tianchuang Self-Research's intelligent AI vision algorithm to determine whether the filter cloth is damaged; When the filter press is unloading, the T3-S hanging rail lifting arm robot follows the pulling plate trolley to identify the coal slurry falling off between the two filter plates.
