Tianchuang Robotics has received over 100 million yuan in Series C financing, accelerating the development of intelligent operation and maintenance industry applications

Recently, Tianchuang Robotics completed a Series C financing of over 100 million yuan, led by Gongchuanghuiji Fund under Guangzhou Industrial Control Capital and Haichuanghuiji Fund under Haier Group, with Zhibai Investment following suit. This is another short-term capital boost after completing a B+round financing of nearly 100 million yuan at the beginning of the year.

This round of financing will be used for the research and innovation of core technologies in the product matrix, accelerating the layout of the product system, expanding the business market scale, exploring international business pilot projects, and building an ecosystem for industrial intelligent operation and maintenance solutions and channel partners.

Tianchuang Robotics focuses on unmanned and intelligent safety production scenarios in industries such as electric power, new energy, oil and gas chemical, metallurgy, mining, and public utilities, including patrol, inspection, duty, early warning, and disaster prevention. Focus on building core capabilities such as special protection and explosion prevention capabilities in high-risk/extreme environments, as well as fault and defect recognition and diagnosis algorithms for equipment.

At present, Tianchuang Robot has successfully built four product lines, namely, T-BOT intelligent robot, T-RADE recognition algorithm library, T-IM intelligent hardware, and T-ONE industrial Internet platform, to provide customers with a full stack solution for industrial intelligent operation and maintenance.

Special protection capability in complex environments

The Tianchuang T-BOT robot series products have industrial grade protection design and can replace manual inspection operations in hazardous/extreme environmental areas including high/low temperature, electromagnetic interference, and high humidity corrosion.

The T9-W explosion-proof wheeled robot and T9-R explosion-proof rail hanging robot have obtained the highest level of Class II explosion-proof certification. The T9-E mining robot is the first in China to meet the latest standards of the National Mining Product Labeling Center for safety standards, and has obtained MA certification through the eighth category product inspection robot for coal mining. Thanks to the core capability of special protective structure design, it can still operate stably and persistently even in high-risk environments.

AI algorithm endows machine vision with deep insights

Based on a large amount of experience and technical accumulation in intelligent inspection and operation of segmented scenarios, Tianchuang Robot has developed its own T-RADE recognition algorithm library at the application level, which has more than 100 algorithm models in five categories: equipment health management, meter status reading, scene environment monitoring, structural defect recognition, and personnel behavior supervision. Empowering robots with deeper and more accurate insights and recognition in inspection applications, improving the perceived energy efficiency in four dimensions: on-site equipment status, production process, on-site environment, and personnel safety.

Integrated application of large-scale models in the intelligent operation and maintenance industry

Tianchuang Robot integrates "embodied intelligence" technology into the T-BOT robot series applications, enhancing the core capabilities of the product in multimodal environment perception and continuous decision-making actions. That is, when the robot performs continuous tasks, it can achieve real-time perception and understanding of dynamic changes in the environment, and make autonomous judgments and execute actions based on this information.
